Amend your booking?
You can amend your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer by login to your client area on our booking platform, or by emailing us: [email protected].
Do you carry out rides in and out of the city?
Yes, we perform rides to any destination to or from the airports we cover within Algeria and Tunisia.
Can you provide a baby or booster seat?
Yes, free of charge if requested by the customer at the time of the booking, subject to the availability.
Will there be any other passengers in the vehicle?
No, we provide a private transportation service only, and we do not organize shared shuttles.
Do I have to pay any extra if my flight is running late?
There is no additional charge, our rates are fixed and defined in advance. When making a booking, you will have to give us your flight number. We will follow its progress online.
At what time should my driver pick me up?
The customer will decide the pick up time, however, our booking department will be able to advise you on your request.
How to make the payment?

Online payment is available. Once your order has been confirmed, you must pay either by credit card or PayPal account or by bank transfer before the transfer time.

Should I tip the driver?
Tips are not mandatory, they depend on your satisfaction.
What are the pick-up & drop-off locations?
We provide a door to door Private transportation service from home – Hotels – Office – airports or any other place defined in advance by the customer.
How to locate the driver and to recognize your fleet?

Our driver will send you a WhatsApp message on your mobile to let you know the meeting point.

When should I complete my booking?
We strongly advise you to make your booking well ahead of time, at minimum 24 hours prior to the trip. However, we will do everything possible to deal with your last-minute requests.
